1. Acceptance

By using Jobflow ("Service"), including the Free CV ATS Optimizer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Jobflow helps you tailor CVs and manage job applications. The Free CV ATS Optimizer is provided at no cost and without warranty. Pro features are billed at the price displayed on the pricing page.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the CV text and job descriptions you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process this content to provide the Service (including transmitting it to our AI provider for tailoring). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload.

4. Email and marketing

By submitting your email to the Free CV ATS Optimizer (or signing up), you consent to receive product and marketing emails from Jobflow. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't submit false, misleading, or third-party personal data without consent. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service. We may rate-limit or suspend access at our discretion.

6. AI output

CV tailoring is generated by an AI model from the content you provide. Output may contain errors — always review before submitting to an employer. We make no guarantees about interview or hiring outcomes.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobflow's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (zero for free tools).

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
